INFOSAMAK is an intergovernmental organization for the development of trade in fishery and aquaculture products. INFOSAMAK's primary goal is to promote technical and economic cooperation between its member countries and operators in the sector worldwide.
The Centre stands also for the promotion of trade and investments in fisheries and aquaculture sector.
INFOSAMAK is an independent information centre. It is an integral part of the FISH INFO network set up by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and benefits from the technical support of this organization.

Upon the signing of an annual membership contract, INFOSAMAK associate members are entitled to a wide range of benefits, these include:

• Free subscription to the full net Package which includes INFOSAMAK Trade News, Globefish Highlights, INFOSAMAK International Magazine, Directory of Fish Importers and Exporters, Fish Inspector and the European Price Report.

• On request or according to the need of the associate member, INFOSAMAK can undertake studies on specific fish species, products or markets.
