INFOSAMAK participated at the 10th session of the International Conference on Molluscan Shellfish Safety held in Puerto Varas, Chile on 15-20 March 2015. INFOSAMAK took part as a speaker at the FAO round table session on international practices in bivalve sanitation programme. INFOSAMAK made a presentation on problems faced by developing countries in implementing shellfish sanitation programmes, case study of Arab countries.

Through a Letter of Agreement (LoA) with FAO, INFOSAMAK facilitated the participation of representatives from developing countries.
